Yogyakarta, August 7, 2025 – To strengthen international academic collaboration, the Soil Science Master's Program at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) Indonesia and the Faculty of the School of Investigative Sciences at Enforcement Leadership and Management University (ELMU) Malaysia signed an Implementation Arrangement (IA). This signing marks a strategic step in expanding collaboration in research, scientific publications, student and lecturer exchanges, and other academic activities.
The signing of this IA marks a historic moment for both institutions, opening opportunities for broader and deeper collaboration. The UPNVY Soil Science Master's Program and the Faculty of the School of Investigative Sciences at ELMU have agreed to collaborate in the fields of investigative science, soil science, sustainable development, and public governance.
The Coordinator of the UPNVY Soil Science Master's Program stated that this collaboration must be realized in concrete programs that benefit the academic community and the community. "We hope this collaboration will improve the quality of research and education in the field of soil science and investigation, as well as have a positive impact on society," he said.
Meanwhile, the Dean of the Faculty of the School of Investigative Sciences at ELMU assessed that this collaboration supports the university's role as a pioneer in leadership and law enforcement education. "We believe that this collaboration will strengthen our position in education and research, as well as enhance our ability to produce quality graduates," he said.
With the signing of this IA, the UPNVY Soil Science Master's Program and the Faculty of School of Investigative Sciences at ELMU Malaysia are committed to developing mutually beneficial collaborations and improving the quality of education and research at both institutions.
